- Acts in alignment with Coloplast Values

Must also meet at least 2 of the criteria below:
- Currently Faculty for Coloplast, selected by the Professional Education team, for IPP training.
- Program Director or Attending directly responsible for training residents or fellows on prosthetic urology.
- Contributed to at least 2 publications in a relevant journal on prosthetic urology within the last 6 years
- Presented or moderated at a national or regional conference within the last 3 years
- Current member of a society in men’s sexual or reconstructive health: SMSNA, GURS, SUPS, AUA.
- Fellowship Trained
