Ureteral dilators from Coloplast dilate urinary tracts prior to ureteroscopy or stone manipulation. All dilators are 48 cm in length, compatible with a guidewire up to 0.038″, and have the diameter printed on each tip.

Indications
Dilatation of the ureter during ureteroscopy procedures.

Contraindications
Same as for ureteral dilatation.

Any contraction to endoscopy.

Any known allergies to the medical device materials.

Warnings and Precautions
This type of device must only be used by trained and experienced professionals.

Reuse of this single use product may create a potential risk to the user.

Potential Complications
Hematuria due to local ureteral bleeding may occur.

As with any dilation procedure, the use of a ureteral dilator may cause traumatic tissue lesions.

There is a risk of injury to the urinary tract, particularly if the instructions for use have not been complied with, and especially if the dilator has been positioned without radioscopic control.
